After the purchase, the user must “checkout” and continue with the payment procedure and delivery details input.
The user will be informed within 2 working days about all the information concerning the shipping of the goods.
The transport fees are not included on the prices presented on each item.

The user will be informed of the cost of shipment. This cost will be credited to the user on a subsequent order.
 
Order cancellations
 

In order to cancel an existing order, the request must be done before the shipment of the goods. In this case the reimbursement of the payment will be made up to 30 days after the cancellation.
In the eventuality of the goods being already shipped, the user is obligated to pay for the return transport fee. The user will be reimbursed for the total amount payed, minus the return transport fee, up to 30 days after the cancellation.
